Manufacturing Ltd. Is located on Vancouver Island in Chemainus, B.C. PROFAB came into being when parent company, Ted LeRoy Trucking began designing and building their own trailers because they found that no one built a trailer that would stand up to the demanding off-highway conditions found in their operations in Coastal B.C. Keeping their own needs in mind, for quality, stability and cost effectiveness, they put to work engineers to combine sound engineering principles with their own innovative ideas, learned the hard way, hauling logs and maintaining the equipment. In 1996, they started hauling logs on first "PROFAB" trailers. So successful were these first Trailers that other loggers began requesting that they build trailers for them. Thus, PROFAB Manufacturing Ltd. was born. Since this time, we have continually improved and broadened our line and continue to do so. Quality, workmanship and service have taken PROFAB to a place of prominence in the industry and PROFAB trailers and rigging can be found hauling logs throughout B.C., Alberta and beyond.
